Half Cent Small Queen Precancel

I have two half cent small queen stamps that I think are precancels. I am positive about the stamp on the right with the thicker lines but would like your opinion about the stamp on the left with the eleven diagonal thin lines. Please confirm whether the left stamp is a precancel. Regards Mike
