Rod222's suggestion is great. Just rmember to create a method that minimises the number of times you have to touch anything but should have the logic that lets you continue on your work whenever you have a chance.
I place individual stamps for the USA I sort by year and issue, place htem in a standard letter envolpes, for others I go by country tehn issues,,, use a divide with the name/year on them
