I believe that the Unitrade number for the above stamp is 117a.

Considering my limited knowledge, I am not familiar with the cancel mark.

A perforation jump is also noticed of the left side. I wonder if this is a constant or a rare flaw. Does it bring any additional value to the stamp?

Any expert advise would be greatly appreciated.
