These Are Confusing....austria / Italy?

They're c 1919 so probably occupied ...? but are they considered Italy? or Austria. I think those with the "Heller' are Austria, and the others Italy? Some numbers please too, Thanks.

Barb, Stamps 5 and 6 are Dalmatia, the rest are Austria under Italian occupation.

Dalmatia are Scott 1, Scott 2
Austria are N61, N62, N64, N65, N68, N69

I fess, I know nothing... a small country, area in Serbia / Croatia area absorbed by the Austrio-Hungarian empire? Originally belonging with Hungary?

My worldwide cat is 1960. Most cat no. are still good but value aren't. Based on 1960 values they appear minimal.
