Here are images of the four engraved stamps in a set depicting musicians playing traditional Vietnamese musical instruments, and issued by (South) Vietnam in 1966, Scott Nos. 287-90. - nethryk Man playing a dan nhi, a bowed string instrument with two strings.  Woman playing a dan tranh, a plucked zither, similar to the Chinese guzheng and the Japanese koto.  Group of musicians, including players of a dan nguyet ("moon lute") and a dan tranh.  Woman and boy each playing a soo truc (flute).  |
