Everything about them points to Serbia/Montenegro, but my 08 Scott doesn't show them.......Possibly some sort of local issue, maybe.....nice looking group, love the colors.
Identifying the paper might help....Are they watermarked ? |

The Red sucker could be: Fürth, Germany local post, 1896-1900 |

That first one was a killer, googling for a good half hour. Its a local Post, Barmen- Elberfeld, located Northern Rhine, Westphalia The two towns merged in the late 1920's and is now called Wuppertal Here is one from the Leipzig Private Post  |
