Mod.....

Everything about them points to Serbia/Montenegro, but my 08 Scott doesn't show them.......Possibly some sort of local issue, maybe.....nice looking group, love the colors.

Identifying the paper might help....Are they watermarked ?

Mod.. They are postage due cindys issued by the Montenegro government in exile in 1921. Here is a web reference for them. Mike in NYC / meostamps

His reply was most likely Cindy's because, Michel's did not
list them either.

That first one was a killer, googling for a
good half hour.

Its a local Post, Barmen- Elberfeld, located
Northern Rhine, Westphalia

The two towns merged in the late 1920's and is now
called Wuppertal
