12d Pence Issue - Quantities Issued

I have conflicting information regarding the number of 12d stamps that were ordered and issued.

The unitrade catalogue states 50,000 ordered and 1450 issued amd then another document The Stamps of Canada, by Bertram Poole states 51,000 ordered and 1510 issued ?

Anyone know which is correct ?
