I am going to make the jump from using Vario pages to house my collection to making custom pages and mounting the stamps (with Showgard black mounts). Since I will be buying the 215mm strips of mounts, what is the best method to cut the strips? I am confident that my skills with a pair of scissors is totally un-acceptable, so I am trying to figure out the best approach. I was thinking along the lines of a small sized guillotine paper cutter, perhaps. Any comments, feedback, recommendations? I know that this is a somewhat important piece of auxiliary equipment, but my budget limits me to something in the under $50 range, if at all possible.
