scene from the film "The Twelve Chairs"  The satirical novel "The Twelve Chairs" tells about the adventures of two rogues in search of diamonds in the 20s in Soviet Russia. The diamonds were hidden in one of the 12 chairs from the headset by the master Gambs. |

historical picture of the artist Ge "Peter 1 interrogates Tsarevich Alexei in Peterhof"   The action takes place in the palace Monplaisir, was built for Peter 1 in Peterhof, a suburb of St. Petersburg. The interiors of the palace were completely destroyed during the war, but the furniture and collections of the museum were able to evacuate and preserve.  |
