Wasn't sure where else to fit this in, so started a new topic.
At first I thought I had a different variety, with the "Never on a Sunday" appendage at the top instead of the bottom. Finally realized that the post office official must have simply separated the stamps off the sheet incorrectly.

butterfly, I've never seen one like that before.

It could be worth holding on to.

I can't tell you how excited I was when weeding out Belgian duplicates to find I had a stamp with that little label attached this past weekend, and to know what it was for.

Oddly enough, I just inherited a collection that has 7 of these
and 4 have the extra small attachment. I wonder how much more they are
worth with the attachment?

The Scott catalog prices for those stamps are for ones WITH the label still attached. So from that perspective, the label doesn't really increase the value of the stamp, but the absence of the label drops the value significantly. Except for the higher denominations and a few oddballs, these stamps without the label are plentiful.
