French Export Stamp - Revenue? Help ID Please!

Anyone yet come up with a date. Someone said pre 1970, but that doesn't narrow it down much. From the telephone numbers on the complete item, it had to be a long while back.

I suggested pre-1970, just because they came with a bunch of french stamps with nothing post 1970 among them. I am tempted just to email Monsieur Maze with a picture and ask about them. I will need to have at least one more coffee in order to begin accessing those parts of my brain which still hold some vestiges of the French language...

Time to dig up an old thread! I've come across one of these stamps on a label for the export of Strawberries from Plougastel. Is Sté Union a place in France. I couldn't find it via Google or FallingGrain. Would this be the destination?
