This has a pretty good SOTN hexagonal (hex not unusual for Mozambique or Mozambique Company)but it does have a Roland Lescut dealer/owner mark on the back. Anyone know about this person?? Thanks - Jeff

Just found this, missed it originally, must have.

Beautiful cancel!

I do not know about the dealer mark though. Saved a scan in case I run across it anywhere though.

Jeff,

Wish I could help you on this. Here is a link to a listing of stamp expert marks but Lescut isn't listed. http://www.filatelia.fi/experts/

Some info on a French site. Check EPALE if there is more interest.

1 January 1984, Roland Lescut, Secretary General of the EPALE, the State public works engineer, takes his duties as liquidator of the EPALE. The liquidation of the EPALE team sees its mission ends December 31 1985.
