I don't collect cinderellas and have never really understood how they are defined, but I have these, I also have the usual things like Xmas and Easter seals, Boys Town and Wildlife "labels" or stamps. They just seem to accumulate whether I like it or not.

My latest Cinderella, a Zeppelin from the 1933 WIPA. I saw graphis link to the philatelic database on that exhibition. What a fascinating place to have been then. I see references to WIPA from the 60's and 80's. Does it still occur?

This is not rare but it is a Zeppelin and that is my thing. I have not decided whether to put it on my cinderella page or my world wide zeppelin stamp page.

WIPA (a/k/a Vienna International Postage Stamp Exhibition) was held in 1933, 1965, 1981, 2000 and 2008.

In fact, here's a US Postal Service Souvenir Card that was produced for WIPA 1981. Frankly, it's not much of a collectible, as I can't read the language:

I guess there could be a million of these around but this is the first one I've seen. Anyone know what years these were used?

Here's two on covers I picked up in a lot recently. Unfortunately there is a little toning on the stamps

There are 2 more with different destinations but the stamps are the same.

Not sure if you would class this as a label or a cinderella. Discovered on the back of a cover. There is a perforation on the RH edge.

Spanish Mellila cinderella stamp.
Spain / Espana

Melilla is an enclave (walled city) and autonomous city (self-ruling) on the northern Mediteraen coast of Morocco in Africa.

The upper lettering says that the stamp is not for postal or telegraphic use.
