Is this Reselada part of a cancellation or an overprint on the stamp. Any help would be appreciated - thanks - Jeff

It's an overprint. See Venezuela #F2(1900).

Yeah, same old song and dance about counterfeits...

It's probably real. Most of the counterfeits are for the error overprints, but the normal single overprint has also been counterfeited -- for practice, maybe?

Maybe the guy counterfeiting the errors made a few, himself? Inverted invert errors?
