They are dated 1944 for the 100th anniversary of the creation of the dept of ???, but I can't find them in Scott. Can someone help please - thanks Jeff

Postal Tax Stamps. Although normally listed in Scott, this set is NOT listed in Scott. There is a footnote in the postal tax section in Scott.

The set of 6 denominations was issued in 1946.
