On January 20, 1999 Latvia issued this 2 santims value as a part of its Municipal Coats of Arms series. Stamp shows the arms of Auce, dominated by a large crayfish. Auce is a village (pop. 2244) in Zemgale, in the southwest of the country near the border with Lithuania.

From heraldry-wiki.com, "The arms show a crayfish, symbolizing that the rivers around Auce were rich with crayfishes."

From my WW block collection, this one sounds like something you could order in a fancy French restaurant, in Morocco...

The shell of the mollusk Barnea candida. The unique shape and structure of the surface earned the shell the nickname 'Angel's wings. The mollusk is one of the ecological sentinels as it reacts rapidly to pollution.
This postage stamp is from the Souvenir sheet "The Black Sea" which was the joint issue of Ukraine and Bulgaria in May 2017. The same spring, the sculpture of the "Angel's wings" mollusk was installed in Odesa at Lanzheron beach indicating the good environmental status of the Black Sea. Maybe these wings protect our city today
