Another week, another cover. Starting to become a bad habit

.
Anyway, my 4th grade teacher, Mrs. Bielawski, would be so disappointed to hear that I have a terrible time reading cursive writing,
especially 19th century cursive. The writing on this cover is beautiful and all, but I don't know who it's to! I can make out "Myers" but the bit before it, M-e-?-?. And the second name, M-?, Mr.? the last name? Well, I guess there's an "e" in it and the last two letters are "tt." The Pittsburgh, PA, I got that!

And then there's the cancel. Can't make head nor tail of the city. Oct 11, and I think the last digit in the year is a 9, making it 1859.

Much obliged for any help.
