Somebody is gonna have to explain to me why someone in there right mind would try to sell...or would buy a fake inverted St-Lawrence seaway stamp for 12.99$ + 1$ shipping.
Why not buy two 0.45$ mint stamps and make one yourself if you need it that bad?
