In order to be sure that your birthday information is correct, the information must be entered in an exact order. Here is the procedure:
- Click on My SCF at the top of the page
- Click on SCF Profile.
- Log in.
- Click on the birthday icon.
- Clear DOB.
- Click the month, then the year.
- Click "Go", then click on the day.
The window should close automatically and your information will be saved.
