Many thanks to NCBUCKEYE for the Dag Hammarskjold Error block of stamps giveaway. Received safe and sound. They were even sent with a nice Year of the Dragon Stamp on the envelope. (Unfortunately, the post office didn't bother to postmark it!) |

I wandered down to the Post Office 4am this morning, expecting the Post Box to be full of brochures of things I either don't want, or cannot afford. Squished inside the metal box was a large brown envelope, bursting at the seams. Another (FREE) hoard from Dianne Earl  More late nights, More dark rings under the eyes More catalogue shuffling More hinges  Thanks for the DDR Dianne This will take the Germany collection into 3 albums. Heads up! I still have the huge pack of Duplicates from your prior lot. to send to someone on SCF FREE please let me know the lucky/unlucky guy/gal Hehehe |

Many, many, many thanks to StampGal for the most amazing assortment of goodies. Thomas was in heaven going through all those beautiful Great Britain stamps. They will help fill in lots of empty spots in his collection. David loved the animal stamps and even found one of a dolphin. He was thrilled!  Muchas gracias! |

Many,many thanks to: Spanishmoss, For the lovely envelope which arrived yesterday. The 'Flag covers' copy of the American Philatelist, a beautiful Valentines card [  ] and the S.A.G. sheetlet of labels. The cover [which I will scan and post later] was superbly thought out, highly collectable [for a flaggy] and lightly cancelled. A gem, a keeper. Thanks. Stampgal, Another lovely envelope which included a Saltaire definitive marginal copy with the 'Scotland' imprint. A beauty...and on cover too ! Inside, a lovely card enclosed two very nice Flag covers [one a Philatelic Exn. cover too making it a double whammy!], and some Flag stamps. Many thanks. Yesterday was my lucky day !  Londonbus1...packets coming in the opposite direction soon.  |
