I just want to step up on the box here and use this thread to wish everyone on the forum a Happy New Year. Also to thank you all for another great year of philatelic talk, advice, info, good natured ribbing, vibrant debate and some excellent sales and purchases.
And thanks to the folks in head office for keeping it running! We wouldn't be here without you.

I have just opened what was most likely a lte Christmas Prezzy !
Somehow an envelope had been on my desk for some time and got placed between some opened envelopes and other stuff waiting to be sorted.

I just went to sort and found a lovely card and gift from DIANNE EARL !

Seals, including the 2012 Canadian issue, Advertising glassines and a Kings and Queens of England sheetlet with QEII, which I didn't previously have.
A thousand thanks Dianne and I will take note to make up something nice for you too !

i want to thank new12collector for the awesome stamps that he sent my way.

Just completed a nice trade with EricBismarck.

I think it was his first trade - all went well, I recommend trading with him.
We exchanged nice scans of the stamps available for trade ahead of time.

Much thanks to Londonbus1. He just sent over a lovely set of Mint Great Britain stamps to fill in those nasty holes in my collection. I think I'll have to concentrate in this area for awhile!

Today brought a very fine block of Germany from LondonBus1, plus an envelope with six different Israeli stamps. When the second item arrives, I'll post a picture.

No question, members of this group look out for each other and maintain high standards.

Just received my Russia-USSR package in great condition from Londonbus1. Totally happy and impressed. As we Cajuns say " Let the good times roll".
