Here is an image of a stamp designed after a detail from "Folkways in Twelve Months," a painting by Japanese artist Katsukawa Shunsho (1726-1793), printed by photogravure, and issued by Japan on August 23. 1986 to publicize the 52nd General Conference of the International Federation of Library Associations, held in Tokyo, Scott No. 1700.
