The victoria one looks to me to be #179 cat value $4.25 (in my 2007 book)

As for Finland

if perf 12.5 then 43, 42 and 38

if perf 14x13 the middle one would likely be #63.

I can give you Scott and Michel for the Fins. From L to R:

1. Sc 43 (slate & rose) or 43a (brownish grey & rose) / Mi 32Aa (brownish-grey/pink) or 32Ab (greenish-grey/pink)
2. Sc 42 (ultramarine, perf L12.5) or 42a (blue, perf L12.5) or 63 (ultramarine, perf 14x13) or 63a (blue, perf 14x13) / Mi 31A (perf L12.5) or 31B (perf C14:13)
3. Sc 38 (slate) / Mi 27Aa (brownish-grey, olive-grey) or 27Ab (grey)

My sincerest apologies to all who read the initial post. t seems that I left a letter off Hello. and have corrected it I really feel bad about that and it was unintentional. I should and will start checking my posts. I have bad eyesight and I don't always notice these things. I read with a magnifying glass which after a while gives me a headache so I tend to not check my spelling.
