Without checking, I don't know if these are issued stamps, Bogus or appendix.
But whatever they are, they are neat for their portrayal of Winter Olympic Poster stamps !

So they could be in the Stamp on Stamp category too !

most people would, basically they are labels.
I collect them, I just cannot help myself

Curiously, whenever I see thematics, even by
respected philatelists, labels from these countries
always manage to fill a hole.
These stamps must feel very mixed up.

I march to my own drum.

Depicted on the stamps you showed were Poster Stamps from the Winter Olympics. I have one of the Flag examples somewhere. It's a neat concept, not often seen.
