Looks to be "Founding of Halifax 1749", Canada 4 cent, issue date 1949, June 21st. Scott's catalog #283 Canada, not sure what a mint sheet could bring, value for one stamp approx 20 cents--APPROXIMATELY depending on condition, etc.

Andre: Those are very common stamps. There were millions upon millions of them issued. I purchase those as obsolete postage at my local stamp dealer for face-value. He pays 65% of face for modern Canada and sells it as postage.
