rather large vertical stamp
"Marca de Bollo" at top
portrait of Victor Emmanuel facing left
bottem reads "Cmi Dieci"
color is light violet
did not gauge it but looks about perf 12 or so
cannot find it anywhere in either the Italy or Italian States listings in Scott Classic catalog or under "Bollo"

The best online catalogue for Italian stamps is:

http://www.ibolli.it

Unfortunately, the revenue stamps are the one type of stamp they don't list. However, it's a useful site to know about if you have any other Italian stamps to research.
