Sometimes I just feel dumb. The section in Scott for Papua New Guinea is NOT that big and I cant see the overprint listing for this 1916-1931 Scott 61 without the overprint. Does anyone know if this overprint was private or fake or am I missing something. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance - Jeff

It's a revenue stamp, so it won't be in Scott. It's in Barefoot, though. I don't have a Barefoot handy, but I did find a scan of that page.

I had to shrink to get under the size limitation, but I linked it to the big version so you can actually read the text.

Thanks PostmasterGS I got it. Glad to be able to stop tearing my hair out. Took it as 1907 curved letters. Thanks - Jeff
