Can anyone tell me anything about this Iran overprint?? Top letter "S" and next line "OCUANES". Thanks as always - jeff

The word would be DOUANES, meaning Customs.

It looks like the handstamp has been misplaced and the 'S' was placed on the next stamp !

Thanks guys, does that mean its was used as a customs stamp and Mike are you saying the "S" belongs to the Douane"s" of the handstamp?? Thanks both of you!
