The stamp show in Nashua was well attended. I bought a complete set of proofs of the 1869 issue with some documentation showing it was once sold by Herman "Pat" Herst, Jr., the legendary philatelic writer and stamp dealer. It is a very nice set except the 1c Franklin is cut a little close. Also I picked up a couple of beers and an uncut sheet of whiskey labels. I will post some pictures. I never made it over to the coin show! This really surprised my wife when I told her. The stamp side of my brain must be trying to exert dominance over the coin side of my brain.
