Sure, here I go:
This stamp was approved by the decree number 17 of June 15th, 1921. It started to circulate on June 21st and was good until July 7th, 1921. It circulated 16 days only. The government printed 25.000 stamps. Even though 25.000 stamps were printed, there are less than 50 covers known! Why? The use of these stamps was optional to support the celebration of coffee plantation by Escuela Normal. Now, the pink paper stamp is even rarer. There were just 100 stamps printed (because of a paper error). And 3 covers known only!
I have a complete Costa Rica collection (base stamps) and lots of errors and BOB stamps in my facebook page
