These are II type overprints, according to Michel (..es Rei), thus theoretically have higher CV. But the cancellation seems to be CTO. And the 20 Mark is the only I have, and I am not sure about the colour (besides)How would you value these? Any information about these stamps, cancellations?

A CTO of this issue would carry the same valuation as Unused.

One of these stamps makes me wonder if it could be a forgery. The overprint and the stamp itself looks to be of a poorer quality than the other. Are reproductions of this type of stamp known?

The biggest worry with these is that the "R" has been changed. So, examination with 10x or better magnification and good lighting is essential.

Michel does not list c.t.o.'s with this issue. With Germany inflation issues, expertization is always needed for better used stamps.

Printing and perforation quality is also an issue with Germany inflation issues. Michel makes a note of this after this particular series.

Gettinold, your stamp is just a little over-inked. Pretty typical.
