These were issued between 1938 and 1951 (perf 12.5). There are two more varieties: perf 13 * 13.5 (1939) and perf 12.5*13 (1951).

LOL sorry, I hate that too, theres a: 'show us your - ' forum, I know I have stamps from there, but I couldn't be botherd photographing them, then I can't take it anymore, so I go infd it, and take a photo :) |

Eddy, this stamp would be a perfect item for David Giles to see and post about. He JUST LOVES to go thru packets of King George VI issues, looking for perf & watermark varities, plate flaws, etc. Hpefully, he will see your post and have some additional comments. |
