Amazing how similar those Brunswick stamps are to this 1872 Spanish stamp.

Since the Brunswick preceed the Spanish by 15 years, I guess we know who copied who (whom?)

When it comes to fractional values, the US wine stamp revenues of the series of 1941 have about 2 dozen different. This is far and away the scarcest value. If you happen to have one lying around, it catalogs $22,500 unused and $25,000 used.

The farthing was one quarter of a penny (UK) so this fraction is equal to five eighths of a penny.
