Identifying Stamps Country Of Origin

I can't seem to identify the country of origin of the attached. They may not even be stamps. I'm pretty sure they're not Russian but I could be wrong. These are some more from a batch my dad left me.

These are from the Russia West army under general Awaloff-Bermondt, but they didn't come into postal use.
Count Paul Mikhailovitch Awaloff-Bermondt was a White Russian adventurer who sought, under the German Polish General Rüdiger von der Goltz, to create a German controlled Latvia and to restore a Russian Czar in the Baltic Provinces, in 1919. Defeated, he fled to Denmark.
