How Rare And Valuable Is A Chesterfield Inlet, Nwt Cancel?

Thanks to Stampboards, I now know the cancel of the town on the right and the fact Chesterfield Inlet is a very tiny community (332 as of 2006). The question is, how rare and valuable is a 1963 cancel from Chesterfield Inlet?
