Why do you torture me, o Postmaster of Ukraine. A souvenir sheet that's 292mm x 120mm? Did you need to make a souvenir sheet bigger than a 8.5" x 11" piece of paper?

My 1998 supplement has now come to a screeching halt, as I try and figure out what to do with this disaster.

If anyone has 1998 stamps from Ukraine, were the se-tenants in the waterfowl souvenir sheet issued in s standard sheet of se-tenants also, or just in the ss?

Sorry, just needed to vent....

Ok, my 1998 supplement, minus the over-sized souvenir sheet is done. For the first time I am releasing both a PDF and Scribus files, so you can edit the files yourself. Once you learn Scribus, it's not so bad. It also helps that Ukraine seems to have standardized on 40mmx28mm stamp sizes for most stamps.

I down loaded Scribus but did not work on my computer. I am using
Win7. will try again. I use AlubmEasy at present. I have MS Office
2007 I can try Publisher, have not explore it.

I use Scribus on Windows 7 all the time. Never had a problem.
