Seeking any information, gossip on these
perhaps childrens charities.

I have included Jeff's query, the design looks
similar, perhaps the same designer.
Can we draw anything from the vignette as to significance?

Germany (Reich) 1922, designer prof. Cissarz - not the same.(Michel nr. 233-234). 4 (respectivly 8) Mark for elder and children.
Design, as explained: `Girl, planting tree - allegory of charity`.
