Well we are getting lots of "Beneficial Insects" - but then there are the unsung Canadian Really Annoying Insects. There's:

1. The giant galloping mosquito of Nunavut
2. The tortuous Saskatchewan gnat
3. The pesky and deadly Nova Scotia no-seeum
4. The Manitoba north woods soul destroying deer fly
5. The sticky buzzing house fly of New Brunswick

And who can forget, the house-wrecking and family terrorizing carpenter ant of Ontario?

Don't they deserve recognition too?
