I dont understand cyrillic.
The denomination is in dinar but many countries use dinar as their denomination. Could they perhaps be from either Serbia or Macedonia ?
Anyone recognize these ?

They look to be from Slovenia . Look at 3L51 to 3L54 under Yugoslavia in the Scott's Catalog.

Slovenia. In the Scott catalog, it should be under Yugoslavia in the subsection for Slovenia. In that section, the catalog number prefixes will be of the format 1L, 2L, 3L... -- but I don't remember the exact prefix for Slovenia.

The stamp shows King Peter I.

They're stamps from "the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats & Slovenes", later to be called "Jugoslavia". My very old S&G catalog, gives them the # 120, 121, & 123.
