I started collecting U.S. about 20 years ago but, well, you know how it goes, I've snagged just about anything else I can get my hands on. So, the point here... I decided to hinge my worldwide stamps in an album. My next decision was what kind of album to put them in? I really wanted to find some used Scott Internationals because I sure couldn't afford anything new. Long story short I found three of them (no stamps, which was fine with me) and they were labeled on the spine as "Part II", Part III", and "Part IV" (I'll try to upload a pic). My focus is only on the classics. Part II goes from French Sudan - Pitcairn Islands 1840ish-1950. Part III is A-Z, 1949-1955. Part IV is A-Z, 1956-1959. What's throwing me is Part II. There are countries missing (i.e. Poland on) from that part that is not in Part III. I tried to look online for some info but got a little confused. I saw that there are sub-parts. After more confusion I just decided to take a nap. Can anyone give me a clue on where I would put my stamps from Poland.
And oh, I was able to pick up those albums for $15 each. I thought that was a pretty sweet price...
