Hi Everyone,
This is my first time posting a new thread in this category.
I don't know much about what is or isn't a Cinderella stamp or even how it got the name...

But I don't see a country name on this stamp, so does that mean it is a Cinderella stamp?

If so, can anyone help identify what country, date, and who is on this stamp please?

This is a Venezuela's tax stamps, that was also used for postage. It has been dealt in another thread.
