Hi Everyone,
Thanks so much for all the help. I have replied to everyone here and also... I created my own spreadsheet, you can see at the bottom. I think it's too simple, maybe horizontal format with 2 columns? It's in Excel but I save to PDF, so I have access to editing the spread sheet, but can also have it to give out, so it can't be changed. But I really don't care I guess, not really sure I need to convert to PDF... My issue is the more I insert stamp images, the larger the file becomes. Probably the same issue with MS Word?

Sue,
I don't know of a special Airmail only album for worldwide stamps.
There is a website that you can subscribe to, it costs around 30.00 for a year, he has album pages for every stamp from every country.. just download the PDF files and print the ones you want.
www.stampalbums.com
Hi StampVirgin,
I registered yesterday with stampalbums.com. There is a LOT to download and I really like the pages, but some don't have images... So, looking at those pages, plus using the Scott Catalogue, I'll try my own. Not too time consuming right?

What I have done with a lot of my countries is 'create' my own album pages using "Word" and I can do all my own designs etc. I can also keep up with updates and new issues as well this way.

Bujutsu,
when you create your own album pages in "Word" do you insert images or text only? If you do insert images, how do you keep the file size small? I like both Word and Excel, and have 2007 of both. I would love to see one of your album pages that you have created.

I maintain my air mail collection by printing pages from stampalbums.com. I keep my airmails by country on a stock sheet and when I have enough to start filling a page nicely I print off the page(s) from the above site. Works great plus I do the same for other groupings of stamps from around the world that I like that will nicely fit a page.
Scouter,
That's a great way to keep airmail stamps ( on a stock sheet ) Do you use print the album pages from stampalbums.com on white card stock?
Thank you all, here is my spreadsheet which I need suggestions, a space or line for notes? Include the perf? Too simple? I figure I can print in black and white to save ink...
