Anyone out there know anything about this? I got it for my birthday a few years ago...my father found it at a thrift store in Maine. I know almost nothing about it, but I thought that some folks in the forum might get a kick out of seeing it.

Patented in 1911 and the adhesive tape label stuck onto it says that it was last loaded in 1963. The semi-petrified roll of 1 cent stamps (sc#1225??) still inside. Fortunately the last owner tied the key onto the handle.
