Thought I'd show off the new 5c QV jubilee I just got in the mail. Stumbled onto the auction last weekend on
ebay and got it for not too much. Centering's not too bad. My jubilee collection is still pretty small (this is #4) but I'll keep chipping away at it.
What I'm curious about is the cancel. In 1897 I would think they would be putting province on it, but this one says Canada. Can't make out the city/town at top.
Wonder why no province.
