I seen this today on the internet and don't ever remember seeing this before? Is it an American Issue? Thank you.

It is a souvenir sheet from Grenada.

You know Grenada, the itty-bitty islands that have issued more stamps than the US.

Additional note: because it says Carriacou, you will find it listed in the Grenada Grenadines section of the Scott catalog.

Yeah OK. I am vary familiar with their stamp printing madness as I have more that enough grenada stamps that I seem to have accumulated over the years. Don't really care for them actually. Thank you for the information.

I have this Grenada Carriacou sheet but cannot find it in the Scott Grenada Grenadines section. I discovered Mystic sells it but they do not provide a catalog number.

I found it Scott 2377. It was listed as a 1991 on the page it was mounted.
