Ned Indie And Japanese Occ Stamps With Overprinted In Black?

Hi to everyone over here in this forum once again.How is everyone over here?Hope everyone is fine and happy.I have another two stamps and need help from the experts to identify this overprinted in black because I have never seen this overprinted in black but I have seen this overprinted in red before on this stamps selling by a seller on ebay there.This stamps are ned indie and japanese occupation with repoeblik indonesia overprinted in black in vertical,horizontal and slanding way.One stamp is in mint and another two stamps are in used condition with postmarks on it.I have been searching for this overprinted in black on ebay there for several months but I still not yet seen a similar overprinted in black colour.That is why I need help and someone can tell me anything about this overprinted in black.Beside that,I have a few questions to ask from the experts over here.Are you overprinted in black are genuine or forgery?If this overprinted are genuine,this overprinted in black are common or rare?Are this overprinted in black are listed in any of the catalogue and what its worth of this stamps with this overprinted in black,anyone over here seen it before?


Hopefully someone or the expert is able to answer my questions on above and let me know as soon as possible.Please refer to the scans below and your help is always apprieciated by me.
