I was a bit curious about the person and/or if this was a one-time stamp or if he was a prolific creator of poster stamps. The best I came up with was that he was a "Promoter" and "Stamp Collector" apparently having an office on the famed Nassau Street in NYC during the 1940's (where all of the major stamp dealers were located), but I can find little else about him or his Poster Stamps. Does anyone else have any information about him?
