That is a great cinderella. Check out this link that was previously posted on a President Roosevelt Cinderella, that also included your "Collect Air Mail Stamps" example:

There were a total of 6 stamps in the strip that were part of this series. You will note the copyright is A. August Tiger. I was a bit curious about the person and/or if this was a one-time stamp or if he was a prolific creator of poster stamps. The best I came up with was that he was a "Promoter" and "Stamp Collector" apparently having an office on the famed Nassau Street in NYC during the 1940's (where all of the major stamp dealers were located), but I can find little else about him or his Poster Stamps. Does anyone else have any information about him?
