...You send yourself postcards while on vacation just to obtain a circle date hand cancel for your collection.

You may be a stamp collector if you break your train journey and arrive late at your destination, just to visit a newsagent you KNOW will sell the latest Stamp Magazines !......



......or, You may be a stamp collector if you you spend the first night of your holiday curled up in the same bed you slept in as a teenager, reading those latest Stamp Magazines !!

You may be a stamp collector if you have a separate section in your purse, to carry stamp tongs, hinges, and other stamp accessories, so you have them handy, just in case.

I guess that lets out most of you guys, but we did have one male member of our club who used an old purse to carry his stamp stuff around. Worked really well for him.

You might be a stamp collector if you spend 20 min watching You tube videos of a guy turning over stamps. Then yelling at your computer, "Dude! Stop squishing the book!!" All the while thinking, " I want that one, and that one, and that one!"

It's actually kind of funny. My wife asked why I was shouting at the computer and squirming in my seat. I told her and she say's, "Well then don't watch it!" That thought never crossed my mind.
