Canada Stamp #15 MNG F-VF CV $550.00....First cents issue #15, unused no gum, very high CV. No creases, tears or thins.

Thia stamp was listed on ebay .....only got 26 bids and was sold for C25.81 .......There were a total of 83 viewings.

That is 4.6% of catalogue value. Was the seller wrong listing CV as $550 mint no gum or did someone get a great deal????
