Hi guys

When the Post Office hire an artist/designer to create a stamp for circulation, you would think it should be:

1 - Colourful
2 - Creative
3 - Attractive
4 - Accurate

Numbers 1,2, and 3 are very much in line, but number 4...???

Look at the circled part of this Scott # 411 stamp...A pulley is a device to lift heavy loads. Everyone knows that type of pulley should have the same size rope/cable that is going into the pulley, and the same size rope/cable coming out the other end.

Am I right or am I wrong...???
